1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Customers will be contacted if there are any delays or issues with their order

2. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery within Harare and to selected locations nationwide

Delivery availability may vary depending on location and courier service coverage

Customers will be advised if delivery is not available to their specified address

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Harare deliveries: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Outside Harare: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location, order size, and courier rates

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before order confirmation

All shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the item is faulty or incorrect

5. Packaging

All orders are securely packaged to protect items during transit

Fragile or sensitive items receive additional protective packaging

We take care to ensure packaging is appropriate for baby products and hygiene standards

6. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

Kids Republic is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery costs may apply

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may incur additional handling or shipping fees

8. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where available

Customers are encouraged to monitor their delivery and contact us promptly if issues arise

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and your order details

We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy

10. Collection & Pickup (If Applicable)

Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified when orders are ready for collection

Orders must be collected within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged

11. Policy Updates

Kids Republic reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kids Republic, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist in line with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged provided that:

The request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable (see Section 4).

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size, colour, or an alternative item of equal value

If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid

If the replacement item costs less, a store credit will be issued for the difference

Exchanges are subject to product availability

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued where an exchange is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Delivery or courier fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Feeding bottles, teats, pacifiers, and breast pumps

Baby toiletries, skincare, and hygiene products

Underwear, socks, and swimwear

Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt

Provide clear photos and your order details

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable

Kids Republic reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any resolution.

6. Online Orders & Delivery Returns

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned

7. In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases follow the same return and exchange conditions

Returns must be made at the original store location with proof of purchase

8. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in place of a refund

Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of issue

9. Policy Updates
